I learned that AI can work independently on routine tasks, but it still requires regular monitoring and oversight to ensure its outputs remain accurate, safe, and aligned with course objectives. I plan to apply this by using AI for repetitive tasks like answering common questions or creating practice materials while reviewing its work regularly and making any necessary adjustments before students use it.

The structure of these modules is very clear and serves as a helpful reminder to all stakeholders about the importance of effective communications and proper formatting. From what I have learned so far, I feel encouraged by the opportunities to reflect on my current practices, strengthen my approach, and continue improving.

I have learned that AI can be a valuable tool for educators when used responsibly.  It can help with tasks like creating learning materials, organizing ideas, and supporting instructions, but teachers still need to provide guidance and use their professional judgment. I intend to apply what I learned by using AI to save time on routine tasks while ensuring the information and resources I provide to students are accurate and appropriate.

As the Director of Education at an adult IT school, I've learned that success starts with understanding our students. Adult learners bring unique experiences, goals and challenges, so our role is to provide practical training, strong support, and a clear path to career success.

One of our biggest priorities is keeping our programs aligned with industry needs. We tend to focus on on-hands learning, real world projects, employer partnerships, and helping students build the confidence they need to succeed in the IT field.

We've celebrated many successes, especially seeing students overcome obstacles, complete their training, earn certifications, and move into… >>>

After learning more about CTE, I understand how it connects with the academic knowledge with real-world career skills. As an IT Instructor/Director this is some we have been taught but I learn another way to approach it in preparations to a student's future career.

Enrolling with integrity means both the school and the student handle the process honestly and ethically. For the institution, it is about being transparent. Meaning sharing accurate details about programs, cost, job placement rates and anything else students need to make informed choices about. It is all about the building and maintaining trust from the beginning.

This is enlightening as he serves as a reminder that students are always watching and trusting to the staff, ensure they know what they are doing. Acting professionally and being transparent goes far. It will also help build trust and leaves a strong, positive impression of the school.
