I have found that the best way to obtain respect in the classroom is to give the upmost respect to your students at all times. Even with students who are harder to earn, they should receive your full extent at all times. Never stoop to the level of the students if they are not giving you respect at that time. This module has helped me learn that communication and online learning can be awesome to aid in increasing the mentorship with students. This way it will encourage retention with the students to achieve their academic and professional goals in timely efficient manners. While technology can be an adjustment as it is rapidly changing it can also be a helpful tool for instructors and students.
