I think when management can relate to the employees with understanding of not only what is spoken but the reactions of there body movement is very helpful in understanding what is really going on and help with solutions in place of just being in charge and my way only without considerations to others thoughts and needs 

I beleive that by breaking down the large issue into more manageable pieces it helps to come to a more honest sulution
