So far, I've learned that reporting goes beyond compliance. Reporting informs students' decisions about enrolling in a particular institution, if at all. Reporting helps institutions analyze the value of their programs and whether to adjust, add or discontinue programs and admissions criteria. 

Key takeaways and words that stood out to me: the coach and student co-develop the plan, asking open-ended questions elicits more responses from students, it's important for the coach to be self-aware/congruent while engaging with students, and there are many factors that influence students' behaviors throughout the coaching relationship.
