I have learned how important these policies are. I now have a better understanding and i intend to use these tools in my career.

Within this module i have a clearer understanding of the students rights. I intend to use these practices in handling students information. 

I now have a understanding of how students have rights and how they are protected.

FERPA is the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. Student have the right to their records. Institution have 45 days to comply with students requests have the right to their records. Students records should not be disclosed to anyone else without concent.
