If requested build is powerpoint only.  Involve the Instructor... advise and educate them on how to best serve ALL students with incorporating blended learning. 

Multiple sources, multiple evaluations provides better feedback. 

Often overlooked is peer-to-peer feedback.  I find this extremely valuable not only for instructing but for building content.  Often times newer ideas come from simple feedback. 

In designing... make sure content builds upon each other... 

Keep a database and use templates.  Consistency and time saving

Comminicate effectively and timely to resolve and de-escalate student conflicts. 

When providing feedback to students... re-read... before hitting send.  Make sure it is constructive and encourages continued learning. 

Adding a Bio - I was never much into that, but i see its value. 

Easy accessibility and easy transitions to next course content is crutial to keeping students engaged and continuing. 

Quality media can enhance and contibute to online learning
