The imptance of student voice.  It is very easy to move the pendulum in the right direction with the intent to help but if the pendulum is moving with out the student effort you might be hindering the learning instead of helping.  There is a fine balance for sure. 

Looking at the documentation we currently have in place and identifying the gaps we will need to close.  I have learned that further documentation will need to be implamented in our WBL program. 

I viewed the role of the coach from a different lens.  I have been coaching athletes for many years and believe this was a paralle track.  What works for one will work for the other.  I was supprised on what differences can be applied to the creation of a job coach.  Excited to work through these modules to see the holes in coaching that I currently have.

The need to expand our current advisory board is going to be essential to create a work based learning model that fits more students then the ones within our CTE programs.  Advocating for all students with in our school setting will need to be a priority as we develop our programs

As we continue to develope of plan at the school district I work at it is imparative that we do it correctly for students success.  What my biggest take away is we have along way to go from where we are currently.  We are stating that we are doing this, but we are not doing a very good job.  Improvements need to happen and these beginning resourses and info will drive the directions for sure
