One important thing I learned about AI ethics is that AI systems can sometimes reflect bias depending on the data used to train them. This is why responsible AI use is very important in education and professional environments. Ethics matter because AI decisions and recommendations can affect people’s opportunities, learning experiences, and trust.

Gamification is important because it increases motivation, engagement, and participation in the learning process. By incorporating game-like elements such as challenges, rewards, points, and teamwork, students become more interested and actively involved in class activities.

In this course, I have learned even more that our students are not just a number. I must accompany them in their process so they don’t feel alone, and in this way, they can achieve their goals. We are catalysts for their learning.

Synchronous versus Asynchronous e-Learning 

He considers that with this new way of teaching asynchronous and synchronous courses have their advantages and disadvantages that will depend on the characteristics of the students, the important thing is that as human beings we have the ability to adapt and that is an excellent professional skill. 

It is an interesting entry that allows us to paint a practical picture of IA and how it can facilitate many processes, It is important to generate the appropriate use of each of these AI tools, which, although they allow to improve time, also help to limit some ways of thinking.
