This module is a great reminder to vary instructional delivery styles. I've historically learned new material in a concept-based fashion, which has aided my ability in translating various topics into several different medias and styles; which reminds us that receiving feedback during and following this translation is critical to assess how well the instructor has relayed information.

It's so important to establish and built rapport with students on a professional and meaningful level.

There's no such thing as being "too prepared," particularly when it comes to instructional preparation.

I have learned to appreciate the ebb and flow of different functions and roles that the instructor plays in a classroom. Technical, professional, and personal skills (both hard and soft) are intertwined throughout each part of the session. It can be difficult to perform all of these roles as a leader, but students rely on this continuous presence and effort for learning.
