This module taught me as successful change management begins with clear communication, trust and getting people involved in the process.

This module taught me that innovation is how you keep a team motivated and engaged.

This module reinforced the building rapport starts with effective communication and genuine relationships.

This module helps me understand the importance of self-awareness in learning and communication.  I've learn of being aware of my own emotions and learning style and reaction allow me to lead more effectively.

Preparation and a structure classroom is much easy to keep students actively engaged and focus.
