I think that the learning practices that I would like to implement into my own courses would be the addition of the Project Based learning, even in sections that are tools based and need to explain a lot of different tools. maybe just a reinforcement exercise can help break this down for the classes.

using the outside of the box techniques to get a point across and the inclusion of the start of the day lessons, and or previewing the next assignment.

Connecting with students allows for a hopefully greater understanding of the material and helps break down walls to ensue they can use the learnings for their benifit.

passion, trying to show the passion for something that i am obviously passionate about. Keeping those students engaged and learning about the small things about this process, while making it something that they can get better with.

Explaining the "Why?" of the assignments and learning content as to not get buried in the tiny details. Showing them this allows us to go through the process with better understanding and outcomes.

I feel like both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation are helpful in our teaching scenario, we want them to understand the tools and techniques that allow us to create what we need. If we complete this and like what we do, we can do better at work and in our personal learning ( if it applies )

Autonomy in the previous experiences can be bad and good, it's nice to have full freedom to create anything that you can think of, however when there are technical requirements i feel that it is important to clearly define that, as we can end up with extremely low quality projects due to some one's "pre-conceived" idea of what "should" be a requirement.

Creating and setting expectations with a introduction through each assignment, creating an overview and helping them understand the upcoming content. In addition to creating a summary at the end that help define the goals / requirements of the assignment.

Adult learners have a lot of outside influences that can contribute or hinder their learning at any given time. I feel like the content / class should be aimed at getting the information across using real world examples and helping them understand how to complete the assignments based off of that standard.
