In this module i learned that one method to motivate your students is to show enthusiasm in what your teaching.  Instructors who seem at actually like their career field will be more motivated themselves which in turn will motivate the students. 

Keeping students attention can be accomplished in many different way, such as telling a story as long as you keep it relevant to the topic. Or by spilting them into groups and playing a "crisis" game.

I learned that showing the student that we as instructors are human and can have positive interactions while maintaining on topic.
