I've learned more ways to incorporate globalization into graphic design instruction. I didn't think of many of the ways to do it, but the "GREAT" idea board was a big help.

I learned about how important it is to engage all students in the class, not just some. I think putting this into the framework of the class is very important but it's kind of hard to think about it. It's such a big topic, conceptualizing it is difficult.

I learned about global competence and I'm excited to learn about how to start applying the competencies to my graphic design and photography classes.
