Learning that the opportunities for coaching others can come with some challenges. Finding the right way to help and not be rude is tough, but can be achieved.

Teaching at a trade school, it sometimes becomes challenging for students, which can create a lack of interest from them. I will always try to come up with different situations I encountered in the field and bring those same things to the classroom to prepare them for the field as well as keeping it fun so they want to be engaged. 

Getting to know your students individually can help improve their success. I try to relate to them in different ways to create that connection. I find it helps with their interest in the course and their overall success.
