There are different methods that make adult students feel more secure. Security is a component of motivation.

I was reminded that enthusiasm of the instructor, being approachable when needed, making students accountable for their success are very important qualities for any instructor.

Thank you for giving us examples what presentation apps can be used in class instead of power points.

 Thank you for the suggestion to use electronic devices in class. The key is to create right assignments and activities.

 7 times during one lecture an average student is using a phone!

The time came for me to learn how to include tablets and phones in students' class activities.

 All learned information can be easily organized in tablet.

Only few students at ECPI use tablets, but they all have laptops. 

 Maybe, this class should be offered when our school will provide every student with a tablet?

I love Know White and intend to use her techniques and create my own to serve our students better.

  I was the most impressed with the approach the instructor should have to Loners. They should be left alone and should be given opportunity to learn on their own.

I this section I've learned interesting ideas how better to involve 4 more types of students into the learning process. 

  Students learn differently. W should create activities and situations that all types of students would benefit and learn their own way.
