Everyone's learning styles and different and can be multi-faceted.  Instructors should host varied content delivery styles as well as assessments, to provide a holistic learning experience for their students.

Language and literacy is not a reflection of a student's ability to learn and be successful.  Bi or multilanguage learners may need to lean on their "mother language" to help associate terms and ideas they are currently learning to help solidify the learning objectives/outcomes.

Culture plays a vital role in all of our lives.  Students should not be viewed by just one specific cultural norm but can hold a wide array of cultural constructs that instructors should be aware of and thusly, provide an environment that students can feel included based on their differences.

Individuals, including students, learn differently.  Their skin color, their cultural background, nor their gender allows for an instructor to "know" how best to teach them.  Getting to know your students, their learning style, and adapting several styles in the classroom and on varying instructional platforms will help students to be successful!
