I consider myself to be a professional customer service representative.  I never thought of myself as a "sales person" even though when I began in this position that is what I was called.  I do not like the thought of pushing folks to do something they do not want to do.  However, I will be a "guide" to someone looking to improve his or her circumstances.  That is how I view the position of the future admission professional.
