I learned that gathering and updating manuals, policies, and procedures is time-consuming, but it is essential to performing my job effectively and in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

I learned who is responsible for each part of the admissions process, and whenever I receive new information, I make sure to include it in my Resource Notebook. This helps me better understand the admissions process from the student's perspective.

This knowledge will help me provide a better experience for prospective students while maintaining professionalism and compliance with institutional regulations. I also realized the importance of handling student documentation correctly and ensuring that every applicant fully understands their rights, responsibilities, and available financial options

This module taught me how to organize my work more effectively in order to achieve better results. It also helped me understand the importance of providing accurate, ethical, and up-to-date information about academic programs. Additionally, I realized that many prospective students are not aware of all the opportunities available to them.
