i have enjoyed working with AI so far its very helpful in helping to answer the same questions with different replies that help students in getting a bit more information in different ways 

AI can assist in many things time management, agendas, but may also have misleading information that maybe outdated and could harm people is certain crafts  

I have learned that AI provides alot of knowledge faster than people can but may sometimes have outdated information but does also provide clear reliable information to my students and myself

the most important component of a successful retention program is institutional resolve to develop and maintain a culture that supports students success 

build a trust with students that will help them communicate with you and help understand there needs

stress is a big factor that causes students to withdraw from the course. 

some retentions can be avoided by talking and understanding students there are so many factors that can lead to students dropping a class we just need to listen and help out where we can we all need to interact with students more

Applying lecture notes is important because it helps strengthen your lessons. its important to know that to teach you need to stop ask and aswer questions.

Having a clear objective in your lessons helps students in understanding and achieving their goals

It is important to keep a folder of lesson plans and to follow your lessons.
