Activity

Customers should be the main focus. Being engaged with students during the course will help the students succeed.

Retention is the responsibility of student and faculty . Both sides need to work together in order over come problems that lead to the student dropping out.

Customer service is important in the trade/business school model. Communication and empathy will help customers feel valued

 

I feel treating students as customers isnt always the best approach. While it is best for our company in a business manor it may not be the best in a teaching manor.

I have learned that listening to students in passive and non passive ways will show students you are paying attention . Sometimes students just need to be heard . 

Ive learned that it is important to set expectations for the class have a clear understanding of the time and tempo of the block of instruction being taught. 

Important information pertaining to students with disabilities. Guidelines to help ,protect and ensure students with disibilities have same access as able body students
