supporting technology is key to staying on the sme level as student as they tend to e a generation ahead on tech.  This make for easier access to information and less anxiety overally.

Ciritcal thinking is the key to a strong future in difficult challenges to make these students thrive.

Students need to ultimatly learn by doing and incorportating new learning techniques is key in opening that door.  I think the transition to hybrid learning will be a great platform for trade related classes to ease the stress of needing to absorb knowledge in lecture and at the students pace.

The balance of technology and its efficiency will greatly determine the effectivness of the message as well as the students ability to receive it properly.  Visual and active learning and getting the student involved will be key in their foundation moving forward.

I will make sure to do everything in my power to make sure the student is comfortable and be open to any needs they may have to make learning more efficient for them

Preparing you lectures properly is critical in covering your butt.  Make sure to cover all aspects of what a person may need is should be a part of any final review of a module or lecture.

There is a large range of disabilities and to cover them all each lecture will take some creative design and awareness.  Looking forward to the growth and evolving of each module as we adapt to different types and levels of learners.

Going to need to evaluate myself from not only students but fellow peers which will ultimatly make my platform more effective.

Feedback helps in making sudents more efficient learners as well as expanding their abilities to articulate a braoder sense of the subject.  It is critical in the retention of knowledge and motivation.
