I love what the Orientation covered. It covered many pieces of the organization that may not have ever been touched upon during my 3+ years at Delta. Many times questions have been asked, and no one answers either because they don’t think I’m at the level where I don’t need to know this information, will not comprehend the answer, or they think this is specific to that department’s information only (i.e. Financial Aid, Admissions, etc.)

Having these snapshots from the big picture about the various departments and duties, helps each individual understand each other's role, and helps all work towards the organization’s goal.
