     I found this article applicable to my doctorate dissertation on leadership coaching. The comment that teachers are more coaches than gurus speaks to them having a facilitator role rather than being a master that knows all. Therefore one must be good at cultivating the student to be the best they can be and help them to leverage their strengths. I could also definitely relate to the change from the 1980's in classroom teaching to a virtual environment that is more "green" without paper.

    I have also noticed teachers not working with teacher assistants given the massive grading that occurs when the online environment has numerous students registered to ensure profitability. Time management mastery becomes critical. This is why the max knowledge course in stress management and time management I have found invaluable in my transition from being a classroom teacher to an online instructor or as stated in the article "coach".
