What else can I do to make the first Impression that much better?

Normally when I first contact a Prospective Student I will introduce myself and then I will let them ask questions and express their interests. Once that process is on the way I try to familirice myself with them.

When it comes to making the first impression, body language as well as appearance speaks much louder than words. If you are calm and confident, so the other person will feel more at ease and that's a solid foundation for making that first impression a good one.
