Whenever I am assigned to teach Management Skills, my favorite quote that I always share with my students is this one from Warren Buffett, "I look for three things in hiring people.  The first is personal integrity, the second is intelligence, and the third is a high energy level.  But if you don't have the first, the other two will kill you."  I want my students to realize how important integrity is in one's personal and professional relationships.  Integrity covers everything. If you have it, I will trust you with my own life and sleep tight.
