I just completed ED102 Online Teaching Techniques.  This was a great opportunity to see what
should be done before the class starts and also what needs to be done while the
class is in progress.  It helped me
realize that I should be help minimize attrition and also help with conflicts
among the students if they arise. It also helped me to see effective ways of
projecting my presence in an e-learning environment.
