I agree with you Carrie.  ED104 reaffirmed my teaching style and added more value to my direction.  I, as well, appreciated the insight into handling an "angry student" and will definitely use my newly acquired knowledge.

 

While I found I was right in line with a lot of the concepts of the course, I still picked up some new ideas especially about the silent student.  After 21 years I have learned a LOT just by trial and error.  It always helps to have some guidance and not have to keep reinventing the wheel.

The lessons on handling angry students was the most enlightening for me, it is always helpful to find new ways to control the classroom or student.
