"Going On-line"

The word from senior management is that we are "going on-line". To this end I enrolled in EL110 to learn how to conduct On-line classes. The course was an eye opener in many ways. I now have a better idea what it will take to teach using this mode of learning

You will come to love the modality. I have been using an LMS for over 15 years and love it! It took a bit of getting used to and making sure that expectations were clearly stated however those were small bumps in the road. I found that by incorporating multimedia, and other interactive activities students were more likely to participate at the level I expected. Good luck!
