There was a lot of good material in this course - much of it was review because I have a lot of experience, but it is still useful to revisit Bloom, etc. occasionally. I think the planning, syllabi, and lesson plans become easier as you gain experience. If I am teaching the same class over again, I can usually use previous lesson plans by tweaking them a bit for the class I have at the time. The material to be covered, etc., as well as the syllabi are supplied for us from the head office, so it is primarily lesson plans that need to be revised for each new group of students.
