<p>New Career College Instructors are often subject matter experts as a result of time spent in their fields. However, they are lacking in their Instructional Delivery expertese. ED104 provided me many concrete methods for improving my skills in this area. As instructors, we have all encountered the shy students as well as the apple polishers and the talkative ones. Treating each type of student behavior fairly and consistently along with the proven strategies in ED104 makes management of these students a much easier task.</p>
