<p>One of the most important aspects of our jobs as Career College Instructors is to effectively motivate our students. From my perspective, many of my students come to class on their first day with nobody in their previous&nbsp;lives who ever even attempted to motivate them in a positive way. When they become part of a positive and educational nurturing environment, their individual worlds open up and each of them are afforded an opportunity to succeed in their chosen career fields.</p>
