This was a good course. I didn't really ever differenciate between soft skills and workplace skills. It does make sense that by handling our emotions at work we can prevent situations from becoming accelerated.
I enjoyed this course and feel that it is important for my students to understand that soft skills are even more important than the hard skills we learn from the text book.
