I also refuse to believe that saying "Students Who Just Don't Get It", if their not getting it then what are we doing thats hendering them from "Getting It"? Instructors are there to instruct, so whats the hold-up? why aren't they getting the material, the lessons, the lecture, and any other part of the education we should be providing them with? I do agree that a large percentage of their learning (in the beginning) falls on the instructors since we are the instructees, but the students have the responsibility to be accountable, through retention as well as the "TEAM" Organization all working hand-in-hand to keep them motivated enough to learn and meet their goals, "NOT" through 2nd chances as a student would think second chances would pretain to but through the entity of the organization working for retention through accountability.
