<p>As instructors we all have to keep in mind that there is always going to be that one student that just doesn't get it or you just can't get through. It's sad, but true. Try not to beat up on yourself mentally about it. As long as you know that you did your best and you made the right attempts to get through. In taking the ED 102 couse I took out of the course the idea about goal setting. What I have learned thus far is that so many of the students that come into our classroom have no goals in place. You find there are some students that are just as lost as they were when they signed up for college. I feel as an instructor we should take the necessary steps in introducing our students to goal setting. With the steps to goal setting being introduced to them who knows where this will lead them too. One thin is for sure they will each have a direction in which to follow.</p>
