<p>I spend a lot of time teaching soft skills. It seems as though society has left soft skills out of the foundation of how people raise their children and traditional public schools are busy teaching to a state test to take the time to teach these very important qualities. Many times I have had employers say they do notmind teaching technical skills; I refuse to teach everyday interpersonal skills and good manners.</p>
