I agree. If the Senate decides to go through the training manuals of the SELECTED colleges and schools they will certainly see a trend. I saw the news brief that was released and it seems that career colleges having being using the same techniques nationwide...just different schools and different programs. The funny thing, really it's sad, is that many of those admissions representatives were simply doing their job. What has been required of them to meet quoats, numbers goals or what have you to keep, their jobs. I have seen many fingers being pointed and my question is "Who is training them?" The career college sector has a defined market that is saturated with tons of growth and opportunity. However to tap into that growth this industry can no longer push for new approaches, it is a MUST DO. The culture that has been created has wrapped its sticky fingers around many career college professionals, and it seems like everyone has forgotten that habits are learned behaviors....I think many are ready for change, they are just waiting on others to take a look in the mirror. All aborad?!
