The module focused on the importance of employment documentation, verification, and reporting. I learned the purpose behind the need for accurate/detailed verification and documentation, is that it leads to a higher level of data which institutions, accrediting bureaus, and the government can use to evaluate and ensure institutions are meeting high-quality standards to meet the needs of those attending the institutions. Accurate reporting will allow accrediting institutions, the schools themselves, and the government to evaluate and improve the learning platforms to meet the growing or declining demands of specific programs/fields to better serve the students. I plan to use the knowledge learned in the module to ensure proper and accurate documentation is provided to assist in gathering the best information needed to help in the growth and development of the students, institution, and programs to meet academic and employment goals.
