Make life easy for yourself, Kerrie. Focus on a system for today and tomorrow. Keep it simple. Assemble the data as soon as you get the completed surveys and write up a summary. Email it out to interested people, or assign them, or create a committee. Ask for feedback within 2 days. Compile the feedback and resend. Ask what changes should be made as a result of this info.
