Comment on Bonnie Mannix's post: Hi Bonnie! I saw Nic's comment above as well and it made me want to revisit something that I had brought up to the AVP previously. Since so many different departments on campus have advisory board, would it make sense for the college to host a couple of 'Advisory Board Nights' on campus where folks from all of our boards can mingle, get some light refreshments, and then learn more about their work on the advisory board. We can then separate into our own individual meetings by department and engage them in the kinds of discussions we are learning about in this training. Let's chat if you are interested!
