Every employee contributes to the school's culture of compliance through their everyday actions, whether that means maintaining accurate records, protecting student information, following policies, or speaking up when something is wrong, and how we speak to each other.
I also believe leadership plays a huge part in setting the tone. When leaders model a positive, upbeat culture, Compliance becomes part of how we support our students and each other every day.
