I've learned the importance of staying informed about the institution’s policies, procedures, and resources, especially when it comes to things like transfer credits, student services, and the various regulatory bodies that govern the institution. I also understand how crucial it is to keep a well-organized Resource Notebook to easily access up-to-date information. I’ll apply this by regularly updating my notebook and making sure I’m familiar with the materials and policies to better support prospective students.
