During this module, I learned how important it is to truly understand the academic programs we offer and to be able to communicate them clearly to prospective students. I also realized the value of having a well-structured and properly documented admissions process, since it helps ensure that all required information is complete and organized before enrollment. This not only makes the process more efficient, but also improves transparency and gives students more confidence when making their decisions.
