I've learned to apply this knowledge by carefully reviewing application requirements, communicating information accurately, documenting interactions appropriately, and using approved resources when I am unsure of an answer. Equally, when discussing financial aid, there are limitations to how much we can share in our role in enrollment; we must know when to delegate and connect a student with the appropriate department for further assistance.
