I learned that admissions training is required for all staff who recruit or enroll students, whether on-campus or off-campus. The program ensures we follow Florida Statutes and Rules, practice fair consumer standards, and understand our institution’s policies. I plan to apply this by carefully following the regulations, keeping my Resource Notebook updated, and making sure prospective students receive clear and accurate information about programs and enrollment.
