One of the biggest things I took away from this training is that the role of an admissions representative is much more than simply enrolling students. It is about helping prospective students make informed decisions by providing accurate, honest, and up-to-date information about the institution, its programs, and the opportunities available to them. I also realized how important it is to stay current with institutional policies and state regulations because doing so allows us to guide students responsibly and professionally. In my opinion, acting with integrity, having a strong understanding of the institution, and keeping reliable resources organized are essential to providing a transparent admissions process and building trust with prospective students.
