<p>This section gives many examples of what a FERPA situation can be about including needing permission from students which appear in a Youtube video recorded by a teacher, it also shows that the school can give out personal information to government agencies if the reasoning and need for such information is necessary. It also shows that even if a student wishes to opt out of press release and direct information they are still not allowed to be anonymous in distance learning.</p>
