This module taught me that every representation made to a prospective student should be accurate, factual, and supported by reliable information. I learned that admissions representatives should avoid exaggerating outcomes, making guarantees, or providing vague information simply to encourage a student to enroll. Transparency is especially important when discussing costs, admission requirements, accreditation, transferability of credits, employment outcomes, and program expectations.
