I have learned that remaining compliant is crucial in keeping the school in good standing. There are numerous "wins" for students, staff, faculty, community, employers, and others who can benefit from remaining compliant. On the flip side, if a school doesn't practice and remain compliant, it could cause disruption to the school by various reasons. There are certain "do's" and "don'ts" to remain compliant and in good standing with prospective students. It is important to remain truthful during the process and try to give as much information as possible. Do not misrepresent the nature of the program and try giving the prospective student multiple options to any challenges that may arise.
