From this module, I learned that values, professionalism, resilience, and self-awareness play a critical role in effective admission work. The training reinforced the importance of creating rust., communication with integrity, adapting to student's needs, and maintaining a student-centered approach throughout the admissions process. I also gained a deeper understanding of how my personal values influence decision-making and the impact those decisions can have on student outcomes. I intend to apply what I learned to continuing to lead with honesty, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction with prospective students.
