From this module, I’ve learned that professional readiness in admissions goes beyond knowledge — it includes preparing the environment, showing professional presence, and adapting communication to each student’s needs. Clear, respectful communication, attentiveness to cues, and flexibility in pacing or style help reduce anxiety and build trust. I intend to apply this by preparing both physical and virtual settings carefully, listening closely to each student’s concerns, and adjusting my communication style to ensure clarity, respect, and confidence in every interaction.
